Whether brightening your kitchen workspace, gracing a shelf or serving as a delightful gift, this white handmade salt pig adds a burst of floral charm to any space. The handmade ceramic salt pig has a white background and is encircled by delicate rainbow coloured flowers. Hand thrown in my garden studio in Kent, UK, the salt pigs are made with a speckled pale coloured stoneware clay and are decorated using a 'slip and sgraffito' technique where the stems of the colourful flowers are etched through the white slip and into the clay beyond. The design is inspired by my garden on a Midsummers' evening.

· I make each salt pig myself so please expect some variation in shape, size, capacity and decoration between each item – each one is unique. I am always happy to send you photos or exact dimensions.

· All items are packaged in a special cardboard box. They are then placed in a further box with compostable chips for transit. Occasionally I use other packaging in order to reuse it and avoid sending it to landfill.
