The dark coloured stoneware clay is decorated with a white slip and spontaneous brush marks added.
The teapot is hand thrown on my potter’s wheel and then constructed in my garden studio in Kent, UK. The components have been thoughtfully shaped to ensure a comfortable grip and effortless pouring. The clay is fired with a transparent, food safe glaze. My maker’s mark is stamped into the base of the handle.
