Give the gift of midsummer flowers to someone you love, or to yourself. The handmade ceramic vase is encircled by delicate rainbow coloured flowers. The design is inspired by the joy and vibrancy of my own garden on a midsummers evening, with flowers in full bloom.
The vases are hand thrown on my potters wheel from a pale coloured speckled clay. The stems of the colourful flowers are etched through the into the clay. While most of the vase is glazed inside and out, the detailing a the base of the vase is left unglazed.
• Approximate dimensions: height 20 - 22 cm, diameter at top 10 - 12 cm, diameter at base 10 - 12 cm, internal diameter 5 - 6 cm
• Capacity (approximate): 800ml - 1 litre / 1.5 pints liquid
• I make each vase myself so please expect some variation in shape, size, capacity and decoration between each item – each one is unique. I am always happy to send you photos or exact dimensions of the product that you will receive.
• Dishwasher safe
• All items are packaged in a special cardboard box. They are then placed in a further box with compostable chips for transit. Occasionally I use other packaging in order to reuse it and avoid sending it to landfill.
