The flower bricks are hand thrown with an dark coloured stoneware clay on my potter’s wheel in my garden studio in Kent, UK. It has a removeable lid, with a tiny knob so that it can easily be moved, and the inside can be accessed. It has 5 holes for flowers. The clay is fired with a transparent glaze inside and out so that it is watertight. My maker’s mark is stamped onto the base.
• Approximate dimensions: total height 12 -13 cm, diameter at top 7 - 8 cm, diameter at base 9 - 10 cm
• I make each vase myself so please expect some variation in shape, size, capacity and decoration between each item – each one is unique. I am always happy to send you photos or exact dimensions.
• All items are packaged in a special cardboard box. They are then placed in a further box with compostable chips for transit. Occasionally I use other packaging in order to reuse it and avoid sending it to landfill.
